Connie became a Realtor in 1980, and has been a full time agent for 25 years. She has attained her Real Estate Broker’s License, graduated from Realtor’s Institute (GRI), has achieved her Certified Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council (CRB), and she is also a State Certified Residential Appraiser. Connie is certified by the National Association of Certified Real Estate Appraiser Association (CREA). Besides holding membership in the National and Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, she was a Director for the State Association, past Chairman of the Allegheny-Kiski Multi List, Past President Greater Allegheny Kiski Board of Realtors and held several offices within the organization. Connie is a member of RPAC (which helps promote Home Ownership). She is also Past President of the Allegheny Valley Rotary Club and Lower Valley Business Association. Her greatest honor was receiving the “REALTOR OF THE YEAR” in 1994 from her peers.

She has four married children and is expecting her seventh grandchild. In 1999, she married her high school sweetheart, Phil Lichok, who also has four children and he has six grandchildren. We are truly the Brady Bunch.
